1 1/2 storied traditional cottage house on the island Tögen 10 km south of the small town Öregrund, at the Baltic sea 160 km to the north east of Stockholm. The house and its surrounding garden has an undisturbed location on the edge of the island, just 150 m from the sea and the boat jetty.

The island Tögen has large natural forest areas for walking, with rich fauna, birdlife, flora, berries and mushrooms.

The island is located 5 -10 min sea trip with a private boat from the jetty and parking-place on the mainland to the private jetty for boats of the household on the island Tögen. A boat of 5 m length with a 15 Hp Mercury outboard motor and a canoe, of Eskimo kajak type, are at the disposal of the household during the whole rental period, and included in the price.

There is an attractive 18 holes golf court just 15 minutes drive with car from the P-place on the mainland. Shops, restaurants, tenniscourts etc in Öregrund are easily reached by car or by boat.
The house is reached by a few minutes walk on a lovely natural path from the private jetty.

The house was rebuilt 1984. Falu red colour with white framings. 100 sqm living area, with 4 rooms and a kitchen. Spatious main living room downstairs. Veranda kitchen flooding with light. 3 bedrooms, 1 bedroom down - and 2 upstairs, 7 beds. The house is suitable for a household of 4 - 5 pers family + temporary guests.

Natural grass garden of 3.300 sqm surrounds the main house. The garden has wild flowers, oaks, many other trees, a stone henge and a old type stone cellar. There is a door from the kitchen directly out to a wooden terrass, witch has a table and chairs for outdoor meals and a grill.

Two open wood fireplaces, one up and one downstairs. Shower room. Kitchen wood stove for heating and warm water for use in the kitchen and the shower room. Fixed telephone line and internet on request. TV, supplied by a 220 V generator. Two 12 V 75 Ah batteries, with a transformator to 220 V for radio, etc. Private well with good and tasty natural drinking water, equipped with a pump engine for tap water supply in the house. Gas-stove and refrigerator. Dry toilet, at some distance from the house. A small house in the garden is used for storage of equipment.

Large living space with double bed. The top floor also contains a smaller bedroom with 2 beds.

An undisturbed beach for bathing and swimming with a private floating jetty located in a small inlet close to the house, is at the disposal for exclusive use of the household.

The island is surrounded by an unexploited archipelago with many small islands, skerries and smooth islet rocks for boat excursions, bathing and fishing. It is located close to the open sea of the Baltic.
